Having our own parking was great, made it easy to have car for longer trips but still get around Melbourne via public transport or walking. Loved the apartments checking in asking do you need anything or need assistance. My biggest win was finding cafe court! Great coffee, fantastic menu and they adapted to our son’s special needs. Had multiple groups waiting outside the key collection point in the same boat. Place is showing signs of wear as they are obviously built on a budget. If going in summer prepare for the morning sun and the heat through the windows. AC is not adequate. Unfortunately its a really grotty area of the city too. There was a lack of utensils, plates, pots and pans for a 3bdr apartment. Drains were clogged in the showers and sinks in the bathrooms, full of hair. Communication was terrible, you cannot speak to a person, or get any reply to texts or emails, for even urgent matters.
