Our beach home sits on a block just under 1000 sq. metres, most of which is the fully fenced back yard, ideal for children and pets to play in, whilst keeping your mind at ease.

Split system A/C in lounge room and also in 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with microwave etc. Large lounge area with top quality entertainment system, separate dining area that seats 10 and enough crockery and cutlery to set the whole table.

Fabulous!!!

This beautifully renovated property had everything and more. It suited our family perfectly including our fur baby. Spotlessly clean and so well equipped, we had everything we needed. Great backyard for children and the dog and such a great location with only a short walk to the beach and shops. The communication with Tamara was exceptional, she couldn't have done more to make our stay memorable. A perfect place to celebrate my milestone Birthday with family. Many thanks Tamara.

Welcoming and Relaxing place great for all seasons

Welcoming and relaxing house, great for families or couples. The location is great, close to Rye shops and the beach. It was also a great location to explore the mornington peninsula. So comfy for all seasons. The gas log fire, foxtel and amazing bath were winners with the whole family. Most of all we were made to feel very welcome, including our Dog by Tamara. Highly recommended.

Classic Beach Holiday

Our whole family loved our stay at this property. The location is great being a short walk to the Rye foreshore and shops and a short drive to the amazing Ocean beaches, Arthurs Seat, wineries and golf courses. The house is in a very quiet street and the yard is child and dog secure. The property was very clean and although pet friendly, there were no signs or smells of previous furry friends. The accom option, living spaces and 3 toilets easily catered for our group of 10. The sunny back deck is a great place to relax as is the couch in front of the gas log fire. The house is really well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday including 5 TVs, so no fights over Bluey or the Footy!

Great weekend in an excellently appointed property that was truly dog friendly. Humans and dogs had a great relaxed weekend even though it was cold, wet and grey. Fire was lovely. Tamara was a kind and generous host who thought of every detail, including a roomba for dog hair! Well stocked pantry for cooks - quite the herb and spice cupboard! - and all the cooking equipment one could need. Highly recommend.

A wonderful family getaway!

This gorgeous Rye Beach house worked so well for 6 adults, a 4 year old, a 12 month old and our Bernedoodle, Ziggy. Tamara was always in contact with us, ensuring our stay went seamlessly. The layout was perfect.The access to all things TV and internet was very easy. There’s a wonderful back yard and the beds were so so comfy. Access to Rye Beach, is about a 5 minute walk. Loved our 4 days here together. Would return in a heart beat.

We planned this trip a few weeks back to celebrate my wife’s big milestone birthday. We loved the property on sight and booked the same. From that time on communication with Tamara was excellent and timely. She was very thorough and was very thoughtful in every way. She went out of her way to ensure that the stay and trip was memorable. My 2yr old Lab just loved the place. She had all the space to play and run around. Also completely fenced and very secure. We stayed in a lovely , warm and welcoming place. This house was definitely a home away from home. The entire family had a great time. We are looking forward to our next holiday. Our trip here was just what we needed. Tamara was amazing from the day we booked, offering great local recommendations and accomodating all our needs. The house was immaculate and well appointed with a stunning bathroom and plenty of space to spread out. Ideally located just 5minute walk to the shops and a quick trip across to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Lovely family getaway

The perfect property and location for a wonderful family holiday with three cheeky pups. The house was warm and cosy yet spacious, with plenty of room and space. The back yard was perfect for the dogs to run around in, as was the near by dog beach. The bath was luxurious and incredibly comfortable, would highly recommend trying it out. Tamara was incredible and communication was absolutely perfect. We had a great holiday and can’t wait to stay there again!

Gorgeousness!!!

A great house, especially for a family and their doggos. Tamara was excellent in communicating and offering suggestions on the local area. Everything you require for a great holiday was at hand! Local outlets were within walking distance and there are even bush rats at the beach for your doggo to catch! Thankfully, the command to DROP was obeyed and the bush rat escaped to live another day.

Returning to stay after numerous years, it was a delight to find that not only was it as good as before but the property had been further improved. Fabulous experience!!!!!!

Wow this was honestly one of the best experiences that I have ever had renting for holiday!! The property is perfect location with excellent living space. This was a stay for 6 family members. The open plan feel makes it personal but with 4 spacious bedrooms you also have your own space. Area is super quiet but also few minutes walking distance to shops and beach. Communication with Tamara was next level. There was regular check in to make sure we were comfortable as well as recommendations for the area. We had family dog Chester join and your pet could not feel more welcome. Cannot recommend this property highly enough. It is not simply renting a gorgeous holiday home. Tamara really caters the experience to make you feel welcome and stress free. Thank you so much for an awesome 3 days. We were all unanimously blown away and no doubt will be back!!!!! Brett

Tamara the owner was incredibly welcoming & helpful. She was amazing in ensuring that we were enjoying our stay,, her property was literally amazing, 5 minute drive from the super market which was sooo good, 10 minute walk to local cafes and the beach.
