This is a spacious duplex apartment, in the heart of Fitzroy’s shopping, dining and nightlife along Brunswick, Gertrude and Smith St. It has an enormous living and dining area with plush lounges, high-quality entertainment and an adjoining balcony. The kitchen is with integrated upmarket appliances and a breakfast bar. The unit has a second level with an open bedroom, ensuite, balcony and desk, along with two bedrooms and bathrooms on the first level.

Spread across two levels, this is an extravagant duplex apartment with timber floors, marble finishes and benchtops, and plush designer furnishings. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor, one with a walk-in-wardrobe and ensuite, along with a designer kitchen, six-person dining, a comfy sofa and armchairs, and a balcony.
