We have free Wi-Fi, full linen included, Netflix, and oodles of space. You can use the pizza oven but you have to purchase your own firewood from the nearest service station.

Corporate retreats midweek are more than welcome; we offer early check-in and late check-out if available.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date, you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels, and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

This home has a no-party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11 pm.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Well-behaved pets welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
