Really nice location, Rose Lane has so many eating options and on New Years Eve, it was close enough to all the action at the Docklands and Flagstaff Gardens but not crazy busy. The view from the balcony was great too. We could see the fireworks at Flagstaff Gardens and 3 rooftops going off around the city. The apartment itself is a one bedroom with sofabed which was a little squishy for a family of 5 but we really enjoyed the surrounding restaurants and the facilities like the pool, spa, gym and steam room so we were hardly in the apartment. I booked this property because it said it had two beds and sleeps 5\. There was only one bed but for an extra fee I could have had the sofa bed .
