This fully renovated home is inspired Rye's unique coastal lifestyle. Tastefully decorated is 1 min drive from Rye beach. A short drive to Peninsula Hot Springs, wineries and variety of golf courses. It's designed for relaxed indoor- outdoor living and is set on a large block. The home features linen and towels, 75-inch flat screen smart TV, spilt systems, pod coffee machine. Our relaxation retreat offers countless aspects of tranquility, enjoy peace and quiet while sitting out on the decking and taking in the lush tropical garden. There's a fire-pit and outdoor shower perfect for washing off the sand from coming back from the beach.

There are two dwellings on the block. Our Rye's White House is at the front.
Our property is on a hill therefore, there are 2 flight of stairs leading to the property. Please keep this in mind for older people and children. Please note there’s no internal stairs

Great New Years Getaway!

Myself and 5 other friends booked this house for our 2 night new years getaway. The house was lovely, super clean and modern. The location was also great only a short drive to the main Rye strip of shops. Nina was really easy to communicate with and made the whole checking in process seamless.
