When luxury and beach are at the forefront of your next dream escape. This property offers the ultimate indulgent stay with every detail thoughtfully considered. Superbly situated on enormous grounds, it offers direct access to the ocean beach via a rear gate entry onto the National Park, providing intimate rural views across the broad acreage and ocean views from the ridge line at the rear of the property. This outstanding 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom secluded residence combines modern finishes with intoxicating charm where you can step out the back door and walk over the dunes to the beach. Inside, the open plan living/dining area is impressively proportioned and served by a lavish kitchen featuring striking stone surfaces, huge breakfast bench and quality cooking appliances. There is a separate rumpus, ideal for the children to amuse themselves. Outdoors, a huge covered deck provides peace and tranquility, ideal to relax or entertain in private seclusion while taking in the stunning vistas. Easily accommodating multiple families with potential to sleep 13 guests, Bedroom one. Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite Bedroom two. Queen bed Bedroom three. Queen bed Bedroom four. Queen bed Bedroom five. Double bunk with single above Bedroom six, downstairs. Two king single beds, there is a powder room on this level. St Andrews Beach is a coastal village in the Mornington Peninsula, recognised for its spectacular coastal backdrop of vegetated, rolling, sand dunes in the National Park with access to the popular surf beach and moments from world-class golf courses and Hot Springs. This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
