Located in leafy Hawthorn and walking distance to Glenferrie Road renowned for its cafes, restaurants and specialty shops, Bayleaf Terrace is a stylish period house offering family-sized accommodation surrounded by private schools in Kew and Hawthorn. The natural ambient light is a real feature of the home and is deceptively larger than expected.  
  
The home boasts three generous bedrooms, main with ensuite, central bathroom and a large open plan living/dining domain served by a decadent kitchen with separate laundry. Bi-fold doors open onto a private and secluded rear courtyard with built-in BBQ which is perfect for entertaining.  
  
Bayleaf Terrace has everything at your fingertips, with easy transport access to Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Royal Botanical Gardens and the vibrant CBD district of Melbourne.

Bayleaf Terrace offers a generous living and dining space served by a designer kitchen which opens to a private courtyard (with cubby house). The kitchen impresses with two Neff ovens (one with microwave option), warming drawer and induction stove top plus a large built-in fridge/freezer and second freezer located in the adjacent laundry.  
The home’s generous bedrooms offer a relaxed space to unwind with its comfortable bedding, while the modern bathrooms will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

Bedroom 1 (main bedroom): queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, plantation shutters, ensuite  
Bedroom 2: king (can be split into 2 single beds), built-in robes, automatic blind  
Bedroom 3: double bed, built-in robes, automatic blinds  
  
Bathroom configuration:  
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): spa bath, walk-in shower, single vanity, toilet

Bayleaf Terrace is framed at the front by beautiful bay leaf trees (feel free to pick some) and a serene decked courtyard to the rear.

Bayleaf Terrace is located in the charming suburb of Hawthorn – a much-loved area for residents and visitors alike. Its prime location, just 7.8km from Melbourne’s CBD, makes it an ideal base for exploring the city’s many attractions, including the Royal Botanic Gardens, Federation Square, and the National Gallery of Victoria.  
  
The home is walking distance to private schools, including Methodist Ladies College (750m), Carey Grammar (900m), and Trinity Grammar (1.5km), as well as Swinburne University Hawthorn campus (500m). With easy access to public transportation and a variety of local cafes, restaurants, and shops, Bayleaf Terrace is the perfect place to experience the best of Melbourne.
