Extras; landscaped native garden, shortcut to Koonya beach and General Store (via nearby walkway), access to the Settlers’ Cove tennis courts and short stroll to the Sailing Club and bay. NB. Everything you think you'll need is at the property it's truly a home away from home. Well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and a lovely outdoor setting.
