Living room set up cozy. I think the room was clean overall but due to the tired state of areas it was difficult to be sure. Many things would be minor maintenance fixes, like a coat of paint over scarred doors etc. As for service...there is no reception and no staff. You have to "pre check-in " online which initially didn’t even work and involved phone calls. I only got out of the carpark because someone else arrived as my fob seemed to stop working. Was reasonably clean but very rundown everything needed a good updating. Sliding doors were scuffed in the paint, towel rail was wobbling out of the wall etc. also very UNSAFE in that the sliding door to the balcony was unable to be locked or latched. We have small children so this was a massive safety concern especially on a high level. They did send someone over to fix it 24 hours later. But also the air conditioning unit on the balcony didn’t have a cover and there were chairs out there which could act as a ladder for small children which also wasn’t very safe when the balcony door was unable to be locked or even latched. It was fairly clean and decent size but location for lockbox and access was very hard to find and definitely had a language barrier when checking in over the phone.
