It’s in a good location, right next to Melbourne Central. There is a tram station just down the road to get around. The disappointing thing about this property is that the TV doesn’t have the right connection to plug into the antenna therefor you can not watch any TV. This was upsetting as we had come to watch the tennis and weren't able to watch any games at the hotel. On arrival, I was given the wrong checkin information from someone at the Cozy office and ended up driving around Melbourne to pick up keys that ended up being just next door to the property in a lockbox. There was no hand wash in the bathroom and the carpet have a lot of stains from past stays. It stated on my itinerary on Wot If that we could pay at the property and they took the money, plus a $80 cleaning fee not mentioned when booking, out 1 month before the stay. When I called to inquire they kept saying they would call me back and let me know, but never once returned the call.
