"Super good"

"I have to say that this hotel is not getting a good rating from us. At $300 or more a night it has been the noisiest hotel ever. Door slamming and people talking loudly in the hallways and someone keeps rattling our door knob while we are trying to sleep. I chose this because they had an excellent rating but this is not good. We had to be up by 5:45am and it’s hard to sleep with so much noise. Poor design is to blame, the heavy wooden doors do not close automatically causing people to have to pull them closed which most people slam them closed causing lots of noise throughout the hallway. Not to mention that the food place cannot even offer dressing selections for their salads. I would have asked for refund if it wasn’t late at night and no other choice available."

"Excellent location! Old Historic Hotel? Breakfast was very good with attentive staff. Bellman very good. Front desk staff need to be more attentive to the customer. Room was very nice except the mattress was low and lumpy, Bathtub shower was good. Let cation was perfect!"

"The rooms are updated and nicely appointed. We were surprised how quiet it was. Location is excellent and easily walkable to all the different terminals. We had dinner at the restaurant and to be honest this is the weak spot of the Hotel. The food is VERY BLAND and after eating for two weeks in Italy was a letdown. Prices were high for an "Americanized" version of an Italian dish. For example...Prosciutto and Melon for $20 euros was diced Cantaloupe with a sliced Ham. Amatriciana Pasta was Pasta with a piece of Bacon. This is easily fixable if there is a focus on quality."

"They do not communicate with you and they do not respond.Great location nice little hotel lavish breakfast in an adorable basement area that’s fixed up like a wine cellar. I would’ve even given them two stars because I had a problem with the website that charged me $200 for an improper date.. This was not my mistake, but the website would not correct it and told me to contact the hotel and if the hotel said that I didn’t have a reservation then they would refund the $200. Despite numerous times of contacting the hotel, they never once responded. This was really terrible. All they had to do was say she’s not booked here so they cost me $200 no matter how many times I contacted them."

"Staff were good. Location is excellent if you dont mind walking a bit to most tourist spots like plaza mayor, the palace, the cathedral, etc Room was not that good. They gave us room thwt was like in the middle. The window. Was small and open to just hole in the middle of the building. The air in the room never feel fresh. Maybe other rooms can be better but our room was definitely not good. "

"The location is fantastic for walking all around the historic district. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was kept clean. The buffet breakfast was the same each day, but there lots of choices."
