We had a very bad experience at HU Roma. Due to a simple booking mistake, we had reserved one night less than intended. However, the way this was handled was extremely poor. Hu Firenze Camping In Town
We enjoyed our stay in our bungalow. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the bus route. We didn’t remove a star since it wasn’t the hotel fault, but it wasn’t reliable nor frequent.
