"This was an amazing stay! We arrived in the middle of happy hour which we received 2 complimentary drinks from the bar! And there was a chip and salsa bar from 5-7. Check in went super smooth and the room was spacious and spotless!!"

"I checking in and checked a few hours later. The place was run down, out dates, smelled. The pictures on line did not match the photos on hotels.com app. One broken elevator, ceiling texture falling off, everything needed to be painted inside and out. I should have known when I pulled up in the parking lot when I a police tower with cameras was set up in the parking lot this wasn'tthe best place. I told the front desk that I found a better hotel and I was checking, he didn't even offer any type of refund. I will never stay there again and I may start using another hotel search website."

"Overall I was happy with our stay. Our room was good, the staff was great, and the hotel was very pretty. I didn’t like having to pay for parking and the parking lot did not feel very safe. "

"The location was really good, close to SMU. Parking is an additional $30 per night in a locked garage. the condition of the hotel and room was poor, odd small doors bolted shut in our room. Lamps were all hung crooked. It was like if I tried to flip a building into a hotel myself, low skilled. The shower had good pressure & hot water. Beds were decently comfortable & seemed clean. We stayed only one night, but would not go back most likely. "

"I didn't eat breakfast so I don’t know how it tests. Didn’t go to the Bar or Park. Air conditioning, is working good. "
