« Our Host, John, was very responsive prior to our arrival and once we were on site. Check-in was simple & smooth. Our accomodations were Excellent. Very Clean (even my wife was impressed) And Very comfortable. Bath towels were Luxurious as was the Bed and many layers of blankets as it was a bit chilly during our stay. John was Great and our stay was really First Rate. I will stay here again & again when in Asheville. Thank You John for such a positive experience. »

« My friend and I were in Ashville for a lady's trip to the Biltmore ahead of Christmas. We couldn't have found a better place to stay! Walking to a ton of great restaurants and shops. Parking was easy at meters and a parking lot within sight of building. We felt comfortable and safe. The kitchen had everything we needed; and, it was great to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. The living room furniture was comfortable and made for a great place to unwind after a busy day. Would definitely...

« The stay was in a great location. The space was very roomy. The shower nozzle was a bit tricky to figure out. The host was responsive. However, when I arrived it was not unwelcoming. The bathroom was not clean. The toilet was brown and hadn't been flushed and there was hair all over the sink. There were spider webs and spiders in the corners so hadn't been dusted recently. There was hair on the coasters and other areas too. It made me feel uncomfortable, like the whole place wasn't very clean. I...
