"They had one parking lot attendant many times with 20 to 30 people waiting on cars to be delivered. Sofa had body fluid on it. It was filthy, the mattress was disgustingly lumpy bad and old. Terrible service at breakfast incompetent waiters and waitresses. I will never stay at that location again and I’m questioning Hilton from this point on."

He came in after midnight and switched on all the lights and once he was in bed—he coughed all night. I thought he was maybe really sick…I sort of wished I had a 95 mask. Luck of the draw. "

"The property was in excellent condition and excellent location on the riverfront and easy walk to Michigan Ave shops and restaurants. The only downside is that this whole area is extremely loud well past 3am(loud motorcyclists, cars revving and loud music from passing cars). It was impossible to sleep much, even though the room was new, fresh, and clean. If you're used to city noise, you'll love it!"
