"Our room was infested with spiders pubic hair on night stand along with what looked like ketchup on the alarm clock and the phone was filthy. The table in the room had rings on it and there were a bunch of spiderwebs in the room. The night clerk Susie and the Manager handle the situation and professionalism and were very pleasant. We were moved to a different room and comp our room waiting for Expedia to credit us The next day we went to the pool it was cloudy almost murky and was not heated very cold for indoor pool. You could tell it was not treated in some time sorry but this was a horrible nights stay "

"The room smells strange, although seems clean. The breakfast - we came at 8:30, knowing it is until 9 am, and there was nothing left. I got coffee but it is awful and i didn't finish it. Plenty of parking, and located conveniently near the highway."

"Wish they had let us know when we booked that hotel was under renovation and many things were not open (pool, spa, etc). Breakfast was over very early for a Friday morning. Hotel will be nice once it’s done. Price should have been discounted due to renovations."

"The place looks brand new. Clean and modern. Staff was very helpful (especially the woman in the breakfast room). Bed was comfy. Rooms are a bit sterile and could use better lighting but otherwise well equipped. Breakfast was the best we have ever had in a mid hotel …try the cool pancake machine! Easy access from Rte 81. Our only issues were soundproofing (thin walls?) and a fire alarm at 130am"

"The place was clean I didn’t stay for breakfast I’m an early riser…. The room furnace was loud and rattled but overall I’d stay again I was just traveling on my own.. my wife wouldn’t have been happy. But overall it was quit and clean and seemed like a safe place."

"Very cute cabin with all the necessary amenities. Clean and clearly well cared for. We loved the adjustable lighting for night time and the porch was wonderful!"
