« We came to the Charlotte area for my daughter’s wedding. Ty’s home was ideal for our large family and the location was ideal. It was a great place to enjoy separate spaces or gather together. The house was absolutely beautiful and it was peaceful to sip morning coffee out on the porch while watching the blue heron hunt for fish in the water. « The home was beautiful. Right on the lake, wonderful yard and deck overlooking the lake. The back porch was covered, with multiple, comfortable dining and seating options. « This is a beautiful, well appointed home located in a quiet cove of the lake. Ideal for morning coffee on the dock, jumping in the lake all afternoon, and an evening roaring fire at the fire pit. The home is well laid out with plenty of space for everyone, and the game room downstairs is very entertaining. The inclusion of water toys is very nice and fun!My one suggestion would be to revise the listing, as it states with a hot tub, when it instead is a jacuzzi type tub in the master bathroom....
