"We stayed here for 4 nights. The villa was great. Kitchen was well stocked with plates and cups etc and you are close to many supermarkets to stock up on supplies. The outside with the pool looks great and was the source of many good pictures. The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. Bedroom sinks were blocked so was hard to use, but this was the only issue. The overall villa size was adequate for our needs. We felt safe here because it is a gated community with 24h guard. "Wir waren zu zweit mit 10 Übernachtungen in diesem Ferienhaus. Das haus liegt sehr nahe am Strand, es gibt paar recht gute Restaurants in der nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß). Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig, und hat so weit alles, was man so für eine Urlaub braucht. Bettwäsche und Badetücher waren frisch gewaschen. "Honestly, this place was a letdown from the start. It was dirty when we arrived and we had no cleaning service at all for two whole weeks. There weren’t any cleaning supplies provided, so we had to just put up with the mess ourselves. The WiFi was only usable in the living room, which made things tricky, and out of 5.5 bedrooms, only three were actually decent enough to use. "The traditional Mauritian house on the beach was just a dream come true. The situation is perfect, it is very quiet even on weekends or with functions at the neighbouring Jardin du Nautilus. The view is stunning, the garden beautiful and well tended. The owner is very accomodating, communication nearly Instant, the maid is an absolute dear. Lucky us we have know Mauritius for a long time, so we felt no need to rush around, but just enjoyed staying in because it is so utterly restful. Surely not...

"Comparing this to the Maldives - All inclusive isn’t the best deal as you only get 30% off restaurants and menus outside the standard AI - Beaches are beautiful but public so expect to be hassled by locals selling things - Staff need training, not overly attentive and when making a complaint - not hugely responsive It’s a lovely hotel, beautiful setting but food options are limited in my opinion (even the truck for street food is very very greasy and unhealthy) \*"

They accommodated each and every request for him which made such a difference for us. Such a welcoming and inclusive hotel and staff. "Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "
