"We loved the hotel’s position right on the beach. The staff were very friendly. But could be better with just a few tweaks, like some chairs need cushions on. Less time waiting for orders to be taken and food did take a while sometimes. Rooms were good but being an older couple the stairs were an issue for us as there is no lift. We would stay again if we come back here to see our son as it was a nice break to recuperate after a long flight."

"The owner was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. Location is right next to the bus station so very convenient. Also right next to the Monday market. Not a lot to do here, especially on Sunday but very relaxing and easy to get around the island by bus."

"1st night no hot water. Geyser didn’t work. Aircons don’t work. Cockroaches in room. No soaps, shampoo, etc. They don’t accept cards and only told me this when I wanted to settle my bill the night prior to check out. The owner insisted on me walking almost 2km to go withdraw cash at 9pm. Which was a major inconvenience. I will never stay there again. NEVER!!!"

They have really taken on board the Mauritian way and that translates into a really relaxed vibe. Wonderful food and a great night's sleep! "Probably the best resort we've ever stayed at. The staff are exceptional, the food is excellent and the rooms are beautifully appointed. Comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms with a great shower. 5 restaurants all great. One oddity is that the Buffet restaurant is the most expensive of all of them for dinner which is crazy. It's not a cheap resortfor Mauritius but it's quality speaks for itself. Be aware there's nothing much close by but the resort has more than enough to keep you entertained."
