« Accueil charmant par le propriétaire Dan ! On se croirait à Bali...pièce central magnifique remplie d'importations. Déjeuner simple mais fait maison et délicieux. Belle piscine mais eau verte ...non invitante pour la baignade. Douche extérieure exotique mais plusieurs grosses coquerelles... La vue et le site est extraordinaire et très zen. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a donné plusieurs conseils qui a agrémenté notre séjour . Nous recommandons sans hésitation ce B & B pour...

« Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Tamara et Bob La chambre avec terrasse équipée nichée dans la verdure était tout a fait charmante- très bon lit, salle d’eau confortable, linge de toilette très doux Nous trouvions chaque matin dans réfrigérateur le petit déjeuner préparé nos hôtes: gateau, fruits, jus…machine a cafe avec dosettes à disposition…très bon accueil, indications précises avec vidéo pour faciliter l’arrivée, plein de petites attentions qui ont tendu ce séjour encore plus...

« My family's (wife, young son, and I) stay here was extremely pleasant. We started off not knowing which building our stay was in, as there are multiple buildings on the property. We happened to be in the last building (T). I may have missed that somewhere, but we contacted Ana the host and she helped us out instantly.Overall, the place has everything we could ask for (with the exception of an elevator). « The property managers, Spencer and Sara, were quick on communication and super friendly! The breakfasts they provided were sweet and delicious! Beds were comfortable and there was enough space for our party of 6 adults. The property is right across from a lovely small cove for swimming and only 1000 ft away is a sandy stretch of secluded beach where we saw huge sea turtles! The nearby plaza (3-4 minute drive) has multiple restaurants and a well stocked grocery. We recommend a rental car. Parking...

"Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de notre déception concernant notre récent séjour dans votre établissement. Tout d’abord, étant membre Gold, nous avons été surpris de constater que des frais supplémentaires nous ont été facturés, dépassant le montant normalement dû pour les resort fees. Cette situation nous a semblé incohérente avec le statut et les avantages associés. De plus, durant notre séjour, il y a eu un dégât d’eau provenant de la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre. Nous avons dû gérer et nettoyer la situation nous-mêmes, ce qui a grandement affecté notre expérience. Nous avions également mentionné que ce séjour marquait notre 15e anniversaire. Malheureusement, aucune attention particulière ni geste de reconnaissance n’a été offert, ce qui a été décevant compte tenu de l’occasion. Finalement, lors de notre repas au restaurant de l’hôtel, l’entrée et le plat principal ont été servis en même temps, et les deux étaient froids. Cette expérience ne correspond pas au niveau de service attendu dans un établissement de votre catégorie. Nous souhaitions vous partager ces éléments afin que vous puissiez en prendre connaissance et améliorer l’expérience client. Nous espérons qu’un suivi pourra être fait concernant cette situation."
