"The location is great and very convenient, but unfortunately that’s the only positive. The host never responded to any messages, making communication extremely difficult. The property photos — many items shown are old, broken, or completely unusable. There was no outdoor lighting, and the glasses were dusty and poorly maintained. "We were shocked that we had to take off our shoes and place them in a locker at the lobby area. Of course, we were provided footwear to wear up to our room. Before leaving the Hotel we have to turn in our key and pickup at the desk when we return. The fun part was visiting the Gotemba Premium Outlets. We shopped for Pokémon cards for our grandchildren. There was not much to do in the area in Shizuoka and couldn't go site seeing to Mt. Fuji because the weather was terrible. We cut our stay 2 days short and returned to Tokyo."
