Очень вежливый и приветливый персонал. Бассейн не работал, дети были расстроены , так как не удалось поплавать в бассейне. I had the most restful sleep on the comfortable Japanese style futons and the staff were very attentive and kind, even giving the children gifts. We loved the onsen and massage services on site. I only wished the indoor pool was open for the children. Maybe it is drained this time of year, but it was a shame not to be able to use it.
