"I regret booking this place. If you can afford better, I would avoid. We booked the junior suite for more space, but didn't really want to hang out in the room. Dingy room, lumpy bed with yellowed pillowcases, harsh lighting, holes in the wall, wires dangling from the TV, and noisy - we were woken up in the middle of the night on several occasions."

"The hotel is in as midst of being renovated. Staff were pleasant. Continental breakfast was decent. Only recommendation would be getting help for the person replenishing the buffet. You had to wait for dishes etc. as for the room, it was clean. You can tell the person that cleaned the too took great pride in their work. We were in room 128. The toilet seat need to be tightened."

"We were dissappointed in the bathroom. 2 people stayed in the room having only one 18" towel bar was not sufficient. Considering they only provide new towels every 3 days our towels were still wet the next day due to lack of drying space. The breakfast eating area is right beside the front door. It was very cold and even worse when the door opened. We did like the breakfast tho. "

"The room was good but the water kept dripping in one of the taps in bathroom and they had a firm control on providing cream for complimentary tea and coffee. They kept it under lock and key. Had to ask front end if wanted some. Other than that everything was fine "

"It is a cute place and was clean and comfortable. Location was good for us as we wanted to be close to Laurentian university. Breakfast was basic and staff was ok. "

"Room was not cleaned properly which led me to leave a day earlier than expected. Found a dead bug stuck on my towel and a used tissue behind the toilet. "
