Missing indications. We couldn’t even figure out where the front desk was. After that, our key didn’t work and the staff was breaking in rooms because they lost which keys were which.
Kinda scary to enter a place in the middle of nowhere at this time of night, with no security (anybody could enter the building that wasn’t locked) and find out people breaking into bedrooms…
