"The photos should show reality, the horrible rooms, complementary equipment such as the super dirty iron of clothes and ended up damaging my clothes, breakfast does not exist it only offers you coffee and a yogurt of dubious origin, the only good thing is the attention of the staff at the reception who are quite friendly, otherwise it is not a place I would return to for free...."

The hotel was full for Memorial Day weekend and graduation events, but it was quiet and comfortable. Seemed under-staffed and under-supplied for breakfast, though. Still, we are glad we chose to stay there so that we could attend our grandson's graduation.

Upon checking in the front desk attendant was confused about my reservation and took him several minutes to find it. Once he did find it he asked me many questions that I thought should have been provided to them by Expedia, but I obliged, he insisted that he needed a US address and it took quite the convincing that I was from Canada and the I didn't have a US address for him and he did eventually accept my Canadian address. Everything else about my stay was good though.

Convenient location, staff are friendly, room is spacious but need a better window installation can hear the highway noise whole night long even our room was at the middle part of the hotel. Need a new shower head, water was dripping while the tap was shut.
