"First thing I had to do was clean off the air conditioner. It was full of dirt. The floors were not even swept. The bathroom was clean and the sink was clean and there were clean towels. The bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was off and it took several hours to cool the room. The only staff I saw was the man who checked us in. The lamp on the end table had no outlet so it had to be moved to the other side of the bed with no table. Since Palacios is a fishing town and this is the...

"This is one of the Better Comfort Suites I have stayed at. I choose Comfort a lot to stay in when I’m out of town due to the quality and the cleanliness. This one was very beautiful. The staff was very courteous and helpful and sweet. We would definitely recommend staying at this one in Bay City again and again."
