"This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more."

"Highly recommend this place due to.its location, cleanliness and amenities. It really helps that it has a washer and dryer. The only downer is there's no free parking in front before 6p but other than that, i really enjoyed staying there. "

The staff were great (daily room servicing is also provided) & we would definitely stay here again. "

"Dont be put off by the derelict appearance of the building. Once safely inside your room it is delightfully modern and comfortable. Inner city location is great. Staff are good. Breakfast is hot but basic, and lacks taste. Parking is a disaster - never enough. The hotel is old, run down and badly in need of a renovation. But the rooms are fine, rates are reasonable, location is perfect."
