"We had a wonderful stay at the Jafferji House. Rooms were large and clean, excellent AC and good wifi (although limited availability in the room, moreso in the lobby). Nice included rooftop breakfast and kind and helpful staff. Would definitely return!"

"This hotel is located in a great location and is super cute! The rooftop bar/pool/restaurant is really nice and the breakfast is fabulous!! We loved everything we had. The view from the pool is very nice and hip! The boutique in the hotel had very nice high end clothing and other neat stuff. The rooms are small but very nicely done and great bathroom amenities. I would stay here again for sure and I’m kind of a hotel snob but Upendo is super cute and decorated nicely "

"Adelina was a great host - It was my husbands birthday (&& i wasn't able to be present), she was very helpful with surprising him and making his birthday successful . She was also helpful with transportation and accommodating our needs . The place was clean and looked just like the picture presented . "

"PLEASE BE AWARE. This place overbooks clients so when you arrive they say there is NO reservation under your name. Then they send you to another location of much lower quality. People at the new location confirmed that they do this all the time. It is not a mistake but rather a scam. I left that second location and was lucky to find a nice hotel nearby for the same price. I did get a refund but most people will probably stay where they are forced to stay due to lack of options and uncertainty. I...

"This hotel is a great little haven of serenity set right on the beach front with friendly hospitality. The staff are really helpful and will do as little or as much for you as you want. The breakfast is fresh, healthy and sufficient. There are plenty of little restaurants in in the village or along the beach front but the hotel will cook for you if you wish and the food is great."

"Because we were only stopping for 2 nights we weren't too particular as to the room so chose the cheapest option but in retrospect we should have picked one next to the pool. We were in an annexe a 20meters away and it was a small room, though it did provide an effective ac unit, tea and coffee facilities, hit shower, clean towels both days, mosquito net, and it was clean and well presented. "Toa was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. Truly 5 stars. From the amazing rooms, to the food options. I had dinner on the beach twice during my stay and it was soo romantic and ethereal definitely something I will always remember. Got an amazing massage as well during my stay, I highly recommend using their spa facilities. The staff was the most amazing part, so genuine and each and everyone went above and beyond they anticipated anything I needed and was there before I could ask. As a person who works in the service industry here in New York I can honestly say that their service is the best. I can’t wait to come back with friends and family "
