"Clean hotel,friendly workers "

"First I would like to say that establishments should hire people that have skills to work in the public. The front desk staff the day of check in was horrible. They did not speak when I walked in to check in. The lady snatched my license out my hand . Did not give me any Information on incidental charge , just handed me the key card to the room and walked off . The pool didn’t have any water in it. We had to end up switching rooms bc the A/C and shower was not working. We didn’t have hot water most of Saturday. My son had football camp and couldn’t take a shower bc the water was cold . The water was shut off. It was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time when booking through Expedia. No towels were available this morning upon check out so we had to use what we had to dry off. Please do better with staff and overall establishment . There was only one person I ran into that was so helpful and understanding and I met and spoke with her on Saturday morning, she was heaven sent and moved us to another room so we could shower and get ready for the day . The others did not care at all. My kids was looking forward to swimming but the pool was bone dry . And the hot tub looked disgusting."

"Booked a double queen room and upon check in there were only single rooms available. They accommodated us by giving 2 single rooms at no additional charge. Be prepared since there appears to be people who live there on extended stays and there are lots of feral cats being fed right by the rooms. Parking is easy but we were warned to make sure our car was locked. I would not stay there again. We used the rooms as an overnight stay after a Braves game since we could walk to the stadium and that worked out well "

"Tv remote did not work. Tub was slippery. Both of us woke with bug bites. Couch was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on. Won’t stay here again. "

AC filter looked like it had been changed in years. The staff was somewhat friendly. It was quiet. I made it work for the night. Will I go back? No"

"The room smelled musty and the duvet they had on the bed was moldy inside. When I took it downstairs the woman at the counter told me it wasn’t mold it was just the cotton sticking together. It was black."
