"The room and hotel were very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. The only suggestion I would make and the only inconvenience was the lack of electrical outlets. We wanted to charge our phones and tablet. There were absolutely no outlets near the beds or on the desk. Often the lamps have outlets incorporated in the base. I would have been willing (though not thrilled) to push the bedside table to use that wall outlet but even that one was used for lamps. The only one I could use was in the closet. I find this is not what I expect to find in a hotel in this day of people needing to charge electronics."

"Our room 216 need attention `1- the window curtain need to be replace 2- the wall paper need to be fix or replace, replace will be the best thing to do 3-the furniture was very nice and also very clean 4- to my opinion the price quoted was for a number 5 stars both should have ben a 3 5- I do believe if you dont have any input you will thing everything is ok and nothing should be done. Ernie"
