Clean, never saw a staff but was well informed how to get to our room (late arrival). Great experience for somewhere to cash for the night, rise early and get back onto the rd.
This auberge is part of a longstanding camping business. The auberge itself seems relatively new. The rooms are compact but comfortable and attractively appointed. There is a pleasant sitting area adjoining a dining room where guests can enjoy a breakfast which is included in the nightly rate. The staff are extraordinarily caring. My wife had fallen and hurt her knee while leaving our previous B&B the morning of our arrival at Auberge Papillon Lune. Along the way it became swollen and painful, so I asked the staff at the Auberge if I could buy some ice. They offered me ice packs which they keep on hand in case of accidents, and inquired the next day as to gow she was doing. No charge for the extra care, and a very good impression left with this appreciative traveller.
Needed a place to stop for a night during a long road trip. Not far off the major highway but was secluded and quiet for peaceful nights sleep.

It's different from a general hotel, the site is mainly running a camp site with a building offering several rooms at a hotel style.
Good things is that it is clean and staffs are helpful.

A rustic place with super polite and helpful staff. We stayed in the Auberge for one night to participate in a tournament close by. The place is very clean and convenient, the continental breakfast was very good.
Super cute lodge in a semi remote location. Amenities are spectacular (jacuzzi, small gym, library, fireplace) and the room itself was perfect for our needs. Everything was very clean and shower was more than warm enough. Hosts were extremely kind - we failed to realize we could not check in after hours, but they responded immediately when we called and showed us around the place. Breakfast was laid out for us in the morning. Would visit again! The attention to detail and spectacular service make it a worthwhile stop even if it’s out of the way.
We stay for a night after we hiked in Mont Mégantic.
The place is pretty and the personnel there is great. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our trip
The breakfast was good
They have two EV chargers and for us was very useful .
We will definitely return.
And I definitely recommend this place
Check-in was a bit quirky as we arrived at 8 pm after the reception closed. Once we figured things out, the staff was helpful, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and breakfast plentiful. Part of the problem was our part as we are from the States and don't have easy access to wifi, which is how the staff communicated with us while we were en route.
Very friendly owners/staff who spoke both French and English. Quaint rooms that were a decent size and nice and clean. We chose what we wanted for our continental breakfast and it was wrapped and waiting for us at a table in the morning. I thought that was such a great idea!
I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!
The place was pleasant and homey. They staff were absolutely excellent- so kind and fun, very respectful and created a lovely experience.
You can expect and nice, unstimulating stay - get a small get away, not too far from the city.
Rooms are smaller, but you have a lovely living area and reading rooms where you can spend time relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere.
