Chris, our host, was terrific: great communication and the property was just as described. We enjoyed quiet walks in the neighborhood and the back deck is perfect for a morning or evening cup of coffee. The bed was comfy and the bath was well appointed. We had a wonderul stay. Highly recommend!"

"We were looking for a place to stay for one night, and this worked out fine. The location was great for getting to IUP. Definitely a bare bones kind of place, no napkins or even paper towels. No shampoos or soaps, and half of the light bulbs did not work. The traffic noise was very loud with the air conditioning units still in the windows. But it was pretty clean and we only needed a place to sleep."
