Our housekeeping experience was disappointing. We requested room service, but our sheets and comforters were not changed—the housekeeper simply reused the same ones. We also asked for a second comforter, which was never provided.
Aside from that, our overall stay was good. On the morning of checkout, the chef in the lobby did something amazing for my kids. They wanted hot chocolate, but there were only two Swiss Miss packets left and I have three children. He went out of his way to bring us hot water and find a third packet so all of them could enjoy it. I truly appreciated this, especially since the day before my kids had been told that there was no hot chocolate available.
We’ve stayed at several Hilton locations, and unfortunately, our housekeeping experiences have been consistently below expectations. However, I want to highlight the kindness and thoughtfulness of the chef, which made a big difference to us.
