The updated kitchen was wonderful for preparing meals. We had 6 people total, one teenager sleeping on an air mattress that was provided (thank you!). It is located close to Walnut Plaza, the lake, and the park which was very convenient. We are so grateful to our hostess, Judy, for her generosity and kindness. The owners are in the house next door and truly could not have been kinder or more helpful. The only slight drawback was that the AC was window units in the living area and the master bedroom. The second bedroom was quite warm, especially with the morning sun coming through the block window. We got some fans and were good. Kitchen fully stocked, oven heats up quickly, large refrigerator. We cooked three dinners. Shower has plenty of hot water. Slept great! Cottage is bright & cheerful with plenty of natural light. We appreciated the extra front door light for our teenager returning on his bike at 11 pm from Bettinger Park. We had the entire driveway to park our car & bikes (we ended up not renting a golf cart). Lakeside was lovely & Judy’s cottage was a hit! ##### Molly B. Being able to have our dogs with us was a huge bonus as most cottages in Lakeside don’t allow that. The only downside was that we had to walk them to Hoover Auditorium to go to the bathroom since there was no grass on the property but that wasn’t a problem for us. The WiFi was very strong and we were able to work and conduct a zoom call from the cottage. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic as well. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this cottage. ##### Christie M.
