The host is super responsive and very kind and friendly. No complaints at all. Plenty of sleeping accommodations for our group of 13, large and plentiful outdoor space for all. The pool was a huge hit, plus the adorable tiki bar. The air condition inside works wonders so we were comfortable at all time, maybe even slightly chilly at times, which isn’t a terrible problem to have when in Florida. We had an issue with the hot tub during the stay but the host was sooo fast at getting someone out to fix it. The kitchens had a bit of everything needed. The location was in a safe neighborhood, homes were clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive to questions. We were able to enjoy all the amenities of both houses and the gate access between the two were perfect for the kids to run back and forth. The houses were clean and had ample kitchen supplies. The pool area and tiki bar made us feel like we were in paradise. The boat access and dock were super convenient. This property just switched hosts and there were some maintenance issues that needed attention. The host was very responsive and I am confident that they will be taken care of quickly.
