Beautiful condo located in the heart of Marathon Key! 5 minutes to Sombrero beach which has a playground, bbq grills, and bathrooms. The condo has a full kitchen, located next to the elevator on the 4th floor. The condo is located in SkipJacks Resort which includes pool, gym, volleyball, bbq grills, Tiki Bar, and restaurant. Publix, Walgreens, and Gas Station are on the corner. Skipjacks offers you the opportunity to drop your boat and rent kayaks. The condo also has a water view in the front where manatees are often spotted. Balcony in the back overlooks the pool area where you can hear the band playing on the weekends. Lots of local restaurants with amazing food. The only thing that is missing is you!

We enjoyed our stay in Marathon. We were very comfortable in these accommodations which are well appointed with a lovely beachy theme. The kitched is a bit small but doable for two. Otherwise, the amenities of its location is great!

Super cute decor, cuteness ended there. No dish soap provided, bathroom hand soap ran out after 1 day, 1 roll of toilet paper provided for 1 week stay. No hand towel provided in bathroom to dry hands after using the washroom. The 2 sofas were so filthy we covered them with the beach towels. Towels provided smell of mildew. Coffee table is ready to collapse. The inside of the entrance door is also so disgustingly dirty, looks like to property is neglected.

Property was perfect for a week. We stayed a month and it is not really set up for that. No dish towels, limited resources in the kitchen, no extra linens. It was a nice resort and the host was great.

Very well kept 1 bedroom condo. Backed up to to a nice lagoon. We loved the beach decor...Our home in Siesta Key is similar ..It was located in a great spot in the complex so we could hear and see the nightly music entertainment from our balcony..The pool area was very nice as were the workers...We would book here again
