The Beach House is a stunning and spacious 2bed/2bath with private pool & steps to Sombrero Beach! Thishome offers an open concept living, kitchen and dining area. The living room is spacious with comfortable furnishings and large flat screen TV. Dining table seats up to 6 and the counter seats another 2\. Off the kitchen is a storage area wtih the washer & dryer. Master bedroom features queen bed, comfortable chair with ottoman, flat screen TV and a desk. The en suite bath has a stand alone shower. The guest bedroom features king bed with two chairs plus flat screen TV. The second bathroom features a shower tub combo. The backyard is fenced off and beautifully landscaped. Out back you will find the private pool, tiki hut & dockage. Under the tiki hut you will find ample seating such as a swing chair to cool off in during those hot summer days. There is a table and 4 chairs with umbrella by the pool as well as lounge chairs for sun tanning. There is no pool heater. There is a concrete seawall for guest use. Plus a bait freezer and a fish cleaning station to clean your catch dockside. Direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. Maximum boat length allowed is 25ft. Need more space? Check out The Blue Marlin House - it is right across the street! Great for mutliple families wanting to be close by. Both The Beach House & The Blue Marlin house are just a few short steps away from beautiful Sombrero Beach! Never have to worry about finding a parking spot again! Can't get any closer than this! Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. It has direct water access if you have a boat. Its across the street from the best beach in the Keys. Its right down the street from the grocery store. The neighborhood is fantastic and quite safe. Sombrero beach has one of the best sunsets in the keys and its a 1 min walk from the house. The finishes for the house are great and there's a lot of the little extras in the house to keep you from having to make that trip to the store. Many Pros...the only Cons ( which to me are very minor) no bikes or kayaks and the beds are very soft...not so good if you have a bad back. I would highly recomend this rental and would look to stay again ( except that we feel in love with the keys and bought a condo down the road) ##### Walter M. It's right next to the beach and the canal is just a 5 minute idle out to the ocean. It's also just about one mile to the grocery store. The backyard area was great. We took our 23' boat and had plenty of space. Could easily fit two 30' boats (although there is only space for one trailer). Only complaint I have about the dock was that there are two davits taking up quite a bit of the walkway. The house itself was very comfortable with nice views. The kitchen was very well stocked and all was very clean. Our main complaint was the beds. The master was very soft and the second bedroom bed sunk in the middle. That one definitely needs replacement. Overall we had a great time. ##### Alex P. The check-in documents were sent 2 days before as promised. However, the key code was not included. This would only be given to us after 4pm on the day. I never received the code. It took us over an hour to get it,as our supposed property managers were not available. Compounded by the fact we are from the UK, and don't use our phones when away.Luckily, one of us had a company phone to use. The kitchen was very well equipped. Well appointed kitchen, linens and decor. En-suite baths for both bedrooms, and off street parking. The pool pump was not operating when we arrived, but just one text to the property manager Bonnie and a service tech was dispatched. A communication before, during and a follow up “thank you” after.
