Marathon is home to world class fishing and diving. Our home has a 50' slip and 60' of dockage out front to accommodate most size boats. Brand new flooring and salt water pool added late 2025\. Pool can be heated or chilled for $150 additional a week. The master bedroom has a king bed with a view and a nice breeze off the water. The second and third bedroom each have queen beds with a shared jack and Jill bathroom. There is plenty of room to relax or entertain downstairs with multiple seating areas, dining, bar, TV with full bath and is totally screened. We very much enjoyed the water scenery from the back deck. The house was very nice, with many updates. We did have an issue with a leak under the kitchen sink. The location, the cleanliness & condition of the property, the amenities, the comfort of the beds and living areas, the ease of checking in & out... I could go on with all the little things that made this house one of the very best of many we've rented. Our favorite things about it were the fenced backyard that sits directly on the water, facing the gulf and the enormous screened in living area under the house. If I were to add anything at all it would be a hammock or something to nap on down there :) It's a very easy place to relax, as the breeze is always coming through the gated entrance to that space and you're gazing out over the beautiful open seas!
