The kitchen & living room have an open floor plan with hurricane impact windows that allow you to see down the canal. In the living room there is a flat screen TV plus a Bose sound system and the couch has a king pull out bed. The master bedroom features a king bed with en suite bathroom that is updated and has both a regular shower head and the rain shower head. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and the guest bathroom is updated and matches the master bathroom. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVS. Downstairs you will find the bait freezer, and extra fridge, plus the laundry room. There is plenty of downstairs storage for all of your boating toys! Fish cleaning table and both water and electric at the dock. Max boat length at the dock is 35ft Amenities: wifi, TV, bose sound system, bait freezer, extra fridge freezer, washer & dryer, fish cleaning station, king sleeper sofa. There is no dishwasher in the unit. There is a heater/chiller for the pool (its included in cost). The property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then depending on size, 2-3 vechiles & one trailer will fit. No rvs, campers or motorhomes. Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only. This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking - dogs under 50lbs only. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb \~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2\. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. The pool was much smaller then i thought it would be, but that didnt really bother us. The fact that the electricity was turned off the 2nd morning we were there, during morning shower time. wasted our 1at full day. The electricity was shut off cause they were behind on the bill.Which also cut off the power to the pool and made it not heat. The tv by the pool didnt work. It turned on but the cable box didnt show anything and being a sports fan that was a big seller to me. None of the inputs worked. I messaged them but i didnt want to bother them more then once about itThe biggest issue was the termite poop all over the toilet every morning.. we would clean them which was disguising but by lunch it was back. The bites we received i bekueve cane from the place too but there is a small chance they didnt. Also had to have the garbage disposal fixed. ##### Bryon S. Beautiful porch, pool area, canal view and access for kayaks via a pool type ladder. Well-equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood with walking areas accessible. The only downsides for us were tiny ants in the kitchen and both baths. (We called management and they had an exterminator there within hours. However, the ants were back by morning). The second is that the home is across the street from a small airport and we heard planes (some quite loud) 10-20 times per day.. even during the night. ##### Susan F. The microwave did not work, but the management company brought us one to use. The huge ice maker that is in the listing was broken and that was something we really wanted. The listing also showed a TV on the patio outdoors. There was no TV there, although there was one unhooked in the laundry room. This may have been due to the hurricane that was projected to do some damage. All this being said, we really enjoyed the property and I'm sure everything will be fixed soon, if it isn't already.
