This Modern 4 bedroom, 3 bath Oceanfront Home on Coco Plum Beach sounds like the ocean lapping on the shore. This home also has a private pool, Pool table, and entertainment room on the beach. Multiple levels of outdoor decks and Ocean views forever! Modern design features include floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the balcony and ocean views. The Kitchen has a center island kitchen with a breakfast bar in an open and relaxing setting. The main level of this gorgeous home has a modern living room with a 75' TV and open living area, soaring ceilings, and modern furniture. This level has one bedroom with a queen size bed with one bath. The Living areas open onto a large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Hard to stay awake with the lapping waves in the background. Upstairs is the master bedroom, which has fantastic ocean views, a king-size bed, and an ensuite bath. There is a private oceanview deck. Two other bedrooms share a bath. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other has a Queen-sized bed. There is also a lovely reading area with a balcony overlooking the living room below. Modern new furnishings and new baths. 12X24 pool is private with lush vegetation. Does your car need to be charged? This garage has a Plug for your electric vehicle. Bring your adaptor, and you are all set! Coco Plumis a great area for bicycling, beach combing and kayaking. Hi Speed wireless Internet service is included. GREAT kayaking from the beach! Boat Dock is available for up to a 35 ft boat. Ground level off the beach has a Pool table, Big Screen TV and sofa for those game days while the kids play on the beach. Trailer parking is the gravel area before you arrive at the house, on the right ONLY. There are also two aero mattresses available for your use. You must be 28 or older to rent. (28 year old must be present during the entire stay) 7 night minimum, Max Occupancy: 10 Per the city of Marathon's rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2. This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking.
