The Manatee Bay has the best of all worlds. It has a large custom fiberglass pool situated next to a 20 ft+ deep and beautiful swim able and fish-able lagoon. The Lagoon is filled with all sorts of different wildlife, including an occasional manatee, turtles, and all sorts of fish. It is the perfect place to learn to Paddle Board, Snorkel, or Kayak. There is Quick access to the open Gulf at the end of the lagoon, with a large dock out into the deep water with room for 3 boats. The back deck of the manatee that overlooks the lagoon is gigantic, plenty of space for socializing and taking in the view, or getting a suntan. It also shades part of the pool so that you can enjoy some of the pool even after you have had enough sun. The manatee even has a heating system for the pool, one side of the deck is totally screened so that nothing can interrupt your good time.

We have a great pool table by the pool, perfect for keeping an eye on those little ones while unwinding after a hard day of play on the water. There are so many neat creatures in the lagoon to see at the Manatee that you will be amazed. It is the perfect place to Kayak, Paddle Board or Snorkel, that is why we include Kayaks with the rental.

We also offer the lowest price in boat rentals for your weekly trip to the Keys. They range from a 17'-28' Boston Whaler, 4 stroke yamaha outboards. They are delivered right to the dock and picked up at the end of the week.
