Answer: Yes, there is a 70ft Dock with approx. 50ft of dock space to park your boat right at the house (Free). Question: Can I park my trailer at the house? Answer: Yes, there is plenty of room for your boat trailer and another 4-5 cars. Angle the Boat trailer slightly on the Mailbox side. You can also fit a full-size RV if parked parallel with the street. Parking is free. Question: Are there nearby boat ramps? Answer: Yes there are multiple. The two I would recommend are: •Aviation Boat Ramp - 1278 Harbor Dr. •Mile Marker 54 Boat Ramp (Tight Ramp) - 12648 Overseas Hwy. Question: Can we rent your boat or use the boat lift? Answer: Unfortunately, I do not carry the required insurance to rent the boat or allow guests to utilize the boat lift. Question: Is there a freezer or Ice machine? The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Awesome location and the kids loved jumping in the pool when we’d come back in for the day from the boat. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for the 10 of us that stayed for a week. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice, especially the master bath shower.
