The owner of this property is extremely tentative to all your needs! I love this house it’s got the prettiest view down a canal we always see manatees and wildlife right in the back yard. It has a really convenient boat dock with hook ups for wash downs and electricity to charge your boat!! Best part is it’s right out to the ocean and sombrero beach is around the block!! It is so clean with beautiful decor. The neighborhood is safe around the corner from the high school very family oriented area. You can walk down to sombrero beach from the house. They had a kayak bikes and other things to use for fishing. The boat dock held our 25 ft boat perfect and it had electrical hook ups with a hose to clean you boat and a fish cleaning station. The house is actually beautiful and it was so worth it. The host made everything so convenient and easy. The host also sent a list of fun things to do while your there.
