Soak in the hot tub under the stars, gather around the fire pit for evening conversations, challenge friends to a volleyball match, or enjoy a game of cornhole in the fresh ocean air. This home is perfect for your family, couples, or small groups looking for both adventure and comfort in the heart of the Florida Keys.  
  
Step into your own slice of island living:  
✔ 2 comfortable bedrooms. One king bed & one full bed.  
✔ 1 full bathroom with all the essentials  
✔ 1 queen sofa bed in the living room for extra guests  
✔ A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals  
✔ Basic amenities including WiFi, TV, toiletries, and more to make your stay stress-free  
  
Waterfront Perks  
Across the street, you’ll find a 40-foot private dock (shared only with our neighboring rental property) perfect for lounging or docking your boat. The dock is right next to the public boat ramp (please note: there’s a $25 launch fee and another $25 fee to take your boat out of the water).  
  
Parking  
Parking is a breeze! There’s room for up to four vehicles, plus plenty of extra space for a boat, RV, or trailer—at no additional charge.  
  
Recreational fun  
Enjoy 4 kayaks and a paddleboard, ready for you to launch from the private dock and explore the beautiful waters of the Keys! You can find life jackets in the storage hut.
