This updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home is ideally located in the heart of Sombrero Beach and is an easy 7 minute walk to the beach itself. This home offers a private, heat optional pool surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds and is a perfect choice for a relaxing Keys vacation.

- Maximum Occupancy: 6 guest (includes adults and children of any age)

(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)

- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max advertised occupancy.

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Great Location & Beautiful Home

My husband, brother and I had a great stay in Marathon. This home's location on Sombrero Beach Road was perfect. A bicycle path was along the road, we could walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Minor issues were resolved quickly and the staff was very responsive.

The house as a whole was nice? Suggestions, needs a mirror in each bedroom, and a chest to put clothes in so you don’t have to live out of a suitcase, we are older & the sofa & chair is too low . Very hard to get off , we would rent it again,

Thank you for a great vacation. Location is excellent on land and in water. Just a short drive in the boat to the Atlantic. House was great and property too, minus the line of palm trees in driveway. Makes it a little tough to back boat/boat trailer in by the house. Otherwise loved staying in this house.

This house is in a perfect location. Lots of room. The best part was the outdoor space. Pool and dock area were fabulous! Close to grocery stores and great restaurants. Only an hour drive to Key West. We’ll be back!

Perfect Marathon experience!

The house was located right off the main road of Marathon which made it super easy to access stores, restaurants and activities. The pool was delightful and relaxing under the tiki hut was perfect. It was an amazing Marathon experience!

Relaxing place to rejuvenate!

We loved having the pool. It was a great option to going to the beach, which was just a walk from the front door. Kitchen was great to work in. Family settled in and everyone enjoyed their week. Would stay again.

Awesome!

House was beautiful, just as described on line. Very clean!! Four of us down to celebrate fiftieth birthdays and it was awesome. Marathon is central to all the keys has to offer. Definitely hope to return!!

Perfect Home

We are a family of 5 and this house was perfect. This is our 4th year visiting the FL Keys. This house has been our favorite. The pool has sun from mid morning all the way until sunset. It is not a duplex and you feeel like you have privacy and staying in a tropical garden. It is close to the beech so you can walk to the beach and not feel like you have to spend the entire day. House was clean and had everything we needed. We will stay here again!

This property was an absolutely ideal home base for our Florida Keys vacation. While there is an infinite array of activities in the Keys, this home was so comfortable, quiet, relaxing and welcoming that we would have been fine to never leave the property.

Fantastic Property and Location

This property was spectacular. No surprises, it was exactly as represented. The kitchen had everything you could need. The management company was friendly and responsive. The pool, though small, was perfect for our family, and we really loved the shade under the tiki hut. Great location for beach fun too. I think it’s the perfect location in the Keys. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Great water access and location!

This house was perfect for our family fishing trip and vacation. The listing is super accurate. It look just like online and has the amenities listed there as well. It is close to great snorkeling and fishing and also two grocery stores. Also, any questions I had were answered immediately. Great place to stay!
