The hotel location is super convenient for public transportation, in fact, it is right above the MRT station. Also, bus stops are within 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel.
The hotel staff were friendly, and they made our stay and experience very pleasant. A big thanks to Claire and Lyndia for putting our luggage in storage before normally check-in time and greeting us with ice cream.
The breakfast choice is somewhat limited, especially if you stay there for a week or longer, you will end up having same breakfast for few days. More variety will be much appreciated. Big shout out to Joy, Letty, Mansi, and others for helping us during morning breakfast. Sorry, we couldn't remember all their names.
The overall experience was very pleasant, we would recommend this hotel to others.

It's been over 13 years since I last stayed at this hotel. It is still as good as I had remembered it. The room was a bit smaller than the one I stayed in last time. But other than that, no complaints. My family and I had two meals here and enjoyed both. Only thing that would make it more convenient, would be if there was a convenient store downstairs. Other than that, everything was good.

Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, offering whenever it is possible even before you realize you need it. The property is very modern and beautifully set up, both in room and in the common areas. They are also super pet friendly and are not only very accommodating but welcoming to your fur babies!
