"We were given handicap room (not requested) that seemed to be missing a lot of furniture. Bathroom had no counter at all. Some plugs were not working. Security bar in slider was broken. Room was very dated. A/C was loud. "

"Close to I-5 off ramp and Safeway & other shopping options. Nice parking lot with a cross street & other businesses nearby. Ice making was working compared to other Motel 6 previously visited CA locations. Shower/tub faucet fixtures need reparis or replacement. Pillows and mattress were mediocure quality, but room was clean & had a fridge, microwave & coffee maker with sugar etc. Would choose this location over other Redding Motel 6s if stayed there in the future."

"Do not waste your money on this place. The entire place stunk like cigarettes, lobby and room included although we had a smoke free room. They charge extra for pets, but only say they are pet friendly not that theirs a charge. The room like previously stated smelled like cigarettes but with a mix of random chemicals. In the few minutes we were in there we saw bugs on the ground and noticed multiple stains on the floors. If you arrive after nine the staff won’t be at the front desk. They instead have a paper taped to the window to call BEST WESTERN because that’s all this place is, to tell them to go do their job. This place was gross."

"The view from the room was beautiful. We viewed snow, cap mountains and trees. The staff was very helpful. Our room was completely refurbished and everything was new. The king size bed was very comfortable. The heating and cooling also worked very well."
