"The hotel itself is very charming. Rooms were clean. Someone checked us in, but leaves at 4 so no one really to help after that. Hotel is owned by someone running another one down the street and you can go there for assistance or continental breakfast for 9.00 dollars each, if you want."

"This hotel was right on the lake and we enjoyed the lovely scenery from our patio. Our first day there was our only time on our vacation where it rained all day, and since we couldn't check in early, we had lunch downtown and found a laundromat and did some wash. Luckily it cleared up for day 2 and 3. I can only imagine how great it would be to experience this lake during the heat of summer. Great location! There is a wonderful walking path from the property. We used it to experience the lake shore and public spaces like the skate park for kids. We walked to the cute downtown area from there. We had a wonderful mediterranean dinner at Koz, the on-site restaurant and used the hotel as a base to visit an Abbaye de Saint Benoit and the town of Knowlton, which was the inspiration for the Three Pines location for Louise Penney's 18 novels."

"Bien dans l'ensemble, super propre, gens acceuillants mais quelques petites choses désagréables dans la chambre comme: le bruit du min-frigo, bruits quand on change de position dans le lit comme si on froissait du plastique ( juste 1 lit sur les 2 de notre chambre le fesait). Interdit de prendre la sortie qui mène directement dans le stationnement, ce qui aurait été pratique, car c'est considéré comme une sortie de secours seulement. je suis allé chercher qque chose dans mon auto à minuit 15, j'ai dû sonner pour pouvoir entrer, car le hall est fermé de minuit à 6h am. Si ces incovénients ne vous dérange pas, je recommande..."
