« Waited 30 minutes for staff to check in no one came so we left to go eat dinner. Came back and waited 5 minutes for staff to come out of office to check in. Pool was closed ( one reason we booked). Breakfast was ok. Muffins were hard, eggs bland so breakfast was ok. Shower pressure sucked! Room was nice and comfortable but got hot in middle of night. »

« The rating on this property is very misleading. This place is a dive and i did not stay there, because i did not want to put my family in jeopardy of running into some meth head that lives at this property. The reason they dont offer a refund is because its way of them keeping the money without anyone staying there. One room I was shown had a bubbled floor and cuts all in the vinyl flooring and stunk to high heaven, like it had been flooded and not properly repaired. This place is a joke. »

« The property said it included breakfast. It did not. There was a change in management and food permits were not available. I reserved 2 rooms in advance. When I arrived my room was ready but the other room was not. Long story short...2nd room's electronic entry was broken so we had to use a master key. If we used it we had to return it immediately which means every time we left we had to retrieve the key from the office. The rooms were disgusting. The floors were so dirty that I would not go...

« No staff available. Had to call and wait for them to check in. We entered our room for about 5 minutes then never returned. The room was filthy. Bathroom was filthy with bug in tub. Holes in bathroom door. Beds were dirty with balled up hair on sheets. »

« My husband and I had the most relaxing, wonderful stay we could have hoped for! The hosts seem to have thought of every little thing and every bit of information we could need. Right down to a cozy little blanket on each end of the sofa. They are also great at communication. We found great places to eat and great service everywhere we visited in the area. Our stay was so comfortable and peaceful and just what we needed. I think we'll be back in the future for another recharge. Also, I personally...
